How therapy helps?
Clients shared in feedback that they felt supported, hopeful and found new perspectives and meaning in what previously felt like an impossible and stuck experiences at the start of the therapeutic journey.

How are we going to meet online?
I usally use Zoom; a secure and confidential audiovisual platform and I also use Skype.

what happens in the first session?
In the first session/s or otherwise called assessment phase, we allow time to get to know eachother in a relaxed and safe place and gather a sense of how therapy feels to you. I may ask you a few questions to learn about you, your needs and goals for therapy. You are welcome to bring any questions.

At this stage, we also agree on the counselling contract, confidentility, a convenient and regular time to meet, cancellations.

What does confidential therapy means?
I abide by a Code of Ethics and Professional Practice. That means that the sessions are completely confidential except under the following circumstances:

Clinical supervision, where the supervisor is bound by the same code of ethics and confidentiality and purposes of managerial audit and training.

If you are at risk of seriously harming yourself or others or of being harmed, I am bound by the code of ethics to break confidentiality. However, this would only be done in extreme circumstances and I would always endeavour to discuss it with you before taking any action.

How Expensive is therapy?
The exact fee is agreed on together in the first meeting.

My usual fee is on a sliding scale between £70-£90 per assesment or therapy session (50mins long). For those who prefer to pay in euro, the fee is €80- €100 per session.

As per individual circumstances, reduced fee sessions may well be possible to arrange.

I will send you an invoice at the end of each months with the number of sessions and total fee.
